Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and hospitality-driven Bartender / Mixologist to join our Front of House team. This role is central to the guest experience, combining technical cocktail knowledge with genuine, engaging service.

Our bartenders are more than drink makers. They are hosts, story tellers, and creators of memorable moments. The ideal candidate has a passion for craft cocktails, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to create a warm, welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
• Provide welcoming, attentive, and personalized service to bar and dining room guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and seasonal offerings
• Engage with guests in a natural, professional manner to enhance their experience
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and proper setup/breakdown
• Monitor inventory and communicate bar needs to management
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Collaborate with the Front of House and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the cocktail program

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience required; craft cocktail experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of spirits, techniques, and cocktail balance
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Calm, confident presence in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and consistency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and pride in your craft
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
