Bartender/Mixologist

Tapia's On Main Restaurant & Bar is seeking experienced bartenders who are passionate about craft, detail, and delivering a refined guest experience. This role goes beyond the bar, we’re looking for individuals who understand that great service is built through teamwork, consistency, and intention.

Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Execute craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation
• Provide elevated, guest-focused service at the bar and throughout the dining room
• Manage bar guests, tables, and service tickets with efficiency and composure
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepped bar at all times
• Support the flow of service by working collaboratively with the entire team

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality

Availability:

• Nights, weekends, and holidays required

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour

Experience:

• Bartending: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Alcohol Awareness Certification (Required)
