Tapia's On Main Restaurant & Bar is seeking experienced bartenders who are passionate about craft, detail, and delivering a refined guest experience. This role goes beyond the bar, we’re looking for individuals who understand that great service is built through teamwork, consistency, and intention.
Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Execute craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation
- Provide elevated, guest-focused service at the bar and throughout the dining room
- Manage bar guests, tables, and service tickets with efficiency and composure
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepped bar at all times
- Support the flow of service by working collaboratively with the entire team

- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality

Availability:
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
Experience:
- Bartending: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (Required)
