Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, specialty drinks, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all safety guidelines related to food handling and beverage preparation; ensure responsible serving practices in compliance with legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in fine dining, nightclubs, or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and cocktail presentation.
• Familiarity with POS systems & ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically while managing multiple orders efficiently.
• Ability to manage time effectively in high-volume settings; prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
• Knowledge of safety standards, handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management; familiarity with retail math is advantageous.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
