Bartender/Mixologist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining or nightlife settings, showcasing exceptional hospitality and sales skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage with customers to promote drink specials and upsell menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage trends.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
• Understanding of food safety practices within the food industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
