Bartenders

Job Summary
Merry Arts Pub and Grille is now looking for energetic and personable bartenders to join an amazing staff at one of Lakewood's busiest establishments. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. If you enjoy working in a high-volume, high-energy environment, please respond with any and all pertinent information about yourself. We will be setting up interviews soon.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer and wine.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner to provide exceptional customer service and enhance their overall experience.
• Utilize Toast POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions, including Ohio Lottery, and manage cash handling with accuracy.
• Serve some of the area's best pub-food.
• Previous experience as a bartender is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others--efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Bring your skills and personality to one of Lakewood's best spots.

Pay: $25.00 - $75.00 per hour
