Bartenders

Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and personable Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible serving policies in accordance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed for beverages and supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math accuracy.
• Previous experience in hospitality, brewing, catering, or retail math is advantageous.

Pay: $22.34 - $50.00 per hour
