Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Cook and assemble menu items with precision, ensuring quality standards are met for both casual dining and fine dining experiences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Manage food safety and food handling procedures diligently to maintain health standards and prevent contamination.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, perform cashiering duties, and process payments efficiently.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service by setting up stations, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a lively atmosphere.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple tables or orders during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or banquet settings.
• Experience working with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs effectively.
• Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments will be considered a plus.
