Bartenders for Grandview Cafe

Grandview Cafe is gearing up for an unforgettable spring and summer season, and we’re looking for energetic, personable, and skilled bartenders to bring the good vibes behind the bar. If you love sunshine-filled patios, refreshing cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve drinks quickly, accurately, and in a friendly manner
• Engage with guests, take orders, and create a welcoming experience
• Ability to multitask and adjust on the fly
• Help create the fun & friendly atmosphere Grandview Café is known for
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts that may arise
• Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience (1+ year preferred)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and interest in seasonal drink trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay cool during busy shifts
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
