Overview:

We are seeking skilled Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Resumes must be up to date and have current address and cell phone number. Candidates must be reliable.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in a timely manner
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety

- Proficient in bartending techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail math for handling payments
- Sales skills to promote specials and upsell products
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients

Qualifications

-3 years experience as a bartender, including fine dining
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong bartending and serving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Experience in banquet and catering services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting
- Strong time management skills
- Sales experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
