Bartender/Seasonal Off-Premise Catering

The White Apron is a high volume, off-premise catering company. We travel up to a 90-minute distance, in any direction from Dover, NH. A vehicle is required as we travel to different locations along the seacoast to cater private events. The events include small dinner parties of 10-20 guests, corporate functions and weddings) up to 350 guests.

We require a minimum of 1 year experience in bartending services. Job responsibilities include unloading bar equipment from catering vehicles, setting up for events (setting up portable bars), servicing event, breakdown (cleaning and stacking tables), boxing extra alcohol. Keeping a tally of alcohol being served. Candidates must have a positive attitude, have strong work ethic, must take direction well and work well with other team members. It will be required to assist with table service and work as a team with waitstaff to ensure guest satisfaction. It is important that candidates read guests carefully, ask for ID, if needed. Communicate with on-site manager throughout event and maintain a clean and organized work space.

Candidates must feel comfortable carrying heavy boxes, ice chests, carefully handling bottles and must have basic knowledge of serving guests, mixing drinks and keeping guests happy.

Dress code is a black buttoned-down dress shirt, black pants & black comfortable work shoes. We will provide only the aprons, wine key and bar tools.

We are a seasonal business that operates from the end of May through October. Most work is on weekends with occasional weekday events.

Staff meal is provided at each function and usually takes place during the team meeting before the event begins.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
