Bartender/Server

We are currently seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our dedicated team as Servers, who can multitask effectively during busy hours.

Job Summary: As a Server at Bucks Restaurant, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that patrons receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service while they enjoy our delicious homemade cuisine. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with menus and assisting with seating arrangements.

Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverage options.

Take and process accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiments.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred. We are willing to train motivated individuals who exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.

A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive dining experiences.

Although we work with a set schedule we require flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the restaurant's schedule.
