Bartender/Server

Chambers Bay Distillery is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Bartender-Server at our tasting room located at in the University Place Town Center. We are a renowned distillery known for our exceptional craft spirits, and we're looking for passionate individuals with a talent for crafting creative cocktails using our award-winning spirits.

Responsibilities:

-Create and serve handcrafted cocktails using Chambers Bay Distillery's premium spirits.

-Provide excellent customer service and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests.

-Take orders and assist guests in selecting their preferred beverages.

-Prepare, cook, and serve food items using our state-of-the-art TurboChef oven.

-Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper sanitization and hygiene practices.

-Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.

-Engage with guests, educating them about our spirits and providing recommendations based on their preferences.

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a bartender or server is preferred.

-Passion for mixology and a strong knowledge of craft cocktails.

-Familiarity with Chambers Bay Distillery's spirits and a desire to learn more about them.

-Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.

-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
