Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff.
• Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS or cashiering systems while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring prompt service even during busy hours.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility within the food service environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred; experience in the food industry or retail math is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling and cashiering procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to engage guests positively.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving food/drinks and attending to guest needs.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing tabs effectively.
• Experience with brewing or hospitality industry knowledge is advantageous; night club or catering experience is a plus. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2.13 - $4.00 per hour
