Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with experience in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender/server, you will be responsible for serving as well as crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with precision and flair.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including specialty drinks and food pairings.
• Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
• Uphold food safety standards and proper handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build rapport, enhancing their overall experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling protocols are followed.
• Assist with banquet service and catering events as needed, demonstrating flexibility in various settings.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including equipment and utensils, to meet health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely serving of food orders to guests.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs efficiently.
• Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous.
