Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for showing off our spirits through tastings and crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with clover/square POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the food industry and banquet service is beneficial but not required.
