Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking high-energy, detail-oriented Servers and Bartenders who thrive in fast-paced environments and care deeply about guest experience.

This role requires strong multitasking skills, urgency, and the ability to maintain warmth under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Service Excellence

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
• Guide guests through AYCE ordering process clearly
• Accurately input orders into POS
• Maintain strong table awareness and pacing
• Ensure refills, resets, and check drops are timely

Beverage & Bar (for Bartender role)

• Prepare craft cocktails with accuracy and speed
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
• Monitor bar inventory and notify management of shortages
• Check IDs and follow all TABC regulations

Sales & Upselling

• Confidently recommend cocktails, sake, and premium items
• Maximize guest experience while protecting food cost
• Encourage return visits and build rapport

Cleanliness & Teamwork

• Assist with side work and closing duties
• Support hosts, bussers, and kitchen when needed
• Maintain clean, organized sections at all times

Ideal Candidate

• 1–2+ years serving or bartending experience preferred
• Preferably Sushi restaurant serving experience and/or bartender experience
• High-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing multiple tables efficiently
• Strong communication and positive attitude
• Able to stand for extended periods (6–8+ hours)
• Nights and weekends required
• TABC certification required (or willing to obtain)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.15 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
