Bartender/Server

Delarosa is a full service bar and restaurant with a focus on fresh, local ingredients and creative cocktails. We are looking for a competent Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience by making delicious drinks using quality ingredients and skill. Bartender responsibilities include mixing drinks, preparing food and beverages and serving customers. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in making classic and innovative cocktails as well as knowledge of area liquor laws. You should be able to provide customers with accurate and fast response to all requests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks/drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age in the venue
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of area liquor laws
• Current BCBJ Food Handler Card
