Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Keep track of inventory
• Stay informed about drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol handling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Excellent sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.65 - $35.00 per hour
