Case Chocolates is redefining chocolate and cocktail pairings through immersive tasting experiences in our intimate speakeasy located in Houston s East End. Our signature offering features liquid-centered bon bons and meticulously batched cocktails, designed to be enjoyed together in a refined, story-driven setting.

We are seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong foundational skills and is ready to grow within a creative and highly curated hospitality concept. This position includes the opportunity for full-time employment and offsite event work based on performance and availability.

What You ll Do

• Build 18+ standard cocktails in under 10 minutes with support from bar lead
• Assist with pre-service batching and setup under direction from Bartender 1 or Manager
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar throughout service
• Support bar breakdown, dishwashing, and closing duties
• Communicate low stock items and restocking needs to the bar lead
• Learn and study our spirits, LCB pairings, and Journey Board structure and menu
• Engage guests with warmth and professionalism in a fast-paced, intimate service setting
• Follow and uphold all TABC and food safety guidelines
• Participate in occasional offsite or private events as needed

What We re Looking For

• 1+ year of bartending or barback experience preferred
• Ability to follow direction, ask questions, and take initiative in a team setting
• Clean, efficient, and thoughtful approach to service
• Willingness to learn our unique pairings and chocolate-cocktail structure
• Available Wednesday through Saturday evenings, with flexibility for specialty events outside of normal operations
• TABC certification is required prior to first shift
• Desire to grow into higher bartender roles with greater menu fluency and leadership
