Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Ann's Italian Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages that complement our extensive menu while providing exceptional service to our guests. Your contributions will enhance the overall dining experience and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and presentation techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Outstanding hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
