Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS system. Efficiently processing transactions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
• Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or private parties by serving food and beverages professionally while adhering to food handling protocols.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and maintaining hygiene standards across all service areas.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service times.
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with beverage brewing processes or bartending techniques is a plus; experience in catering or large event service is highly valued.
