Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic server with bartending skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional service

Take food and beverage orders accurately

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and drink recipes

Handle cash, credit transactions, and POS system efficiently

Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas

Check IDs and comply with all alcohol service regulations

Work collaboratively with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server and bartender preferred

Knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar equipment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in high-volume or upscale dining environments

Familiarity with POS systems

Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
