Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems and deliver prompt, friendly service
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests

Skills

• Proven experience in food service environments
• Proficiency with POS systems, strong basic math skills for cash handling and math calculations
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
