Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages or serving tables. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, utilizing Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, ensuring prompt and friendly service in both fine dining settings and lively nightclubs or banquet events
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food properly, adhering to health regulations, and managing food handling procedures
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems, including cashiering duties during busy service times
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs promptly, and creating a welcoming environment
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours in retail or hospitality settings

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in food service, restaurant work, or retail math environments with a focus on hospitality or the food industry
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in casual dining establishment settings is a plus
• Excellent math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions
• Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service levels
