Bartender/Server

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer service, and efficient operations will be key to elevating our venue’s lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and professionalism, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote ongoing sales.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS accurately for orders, payments, and cash handling. Put in orders accurately in a timly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any issues promptly.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to operate POS systems like Aloha POS with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Has ServSafe Certificate.
• Experience serving in the food industry or hospitality sector, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and pouring wine or beer.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Multi tasking is KEY. Your not only a Bartender but a server as well.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing are essential.
