Bartender/Server

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure their safety
- Upsell additional drinks or menu items to increase revenue
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of beers
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus
- Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service industry
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
