Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Desaki Restaurant in the heart of the city. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our guests' dining experience by crafting delicious beverages and providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and recommend drink specials.
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures.

Qualifications * Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.

• Proficiency with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with fine dining standards is preferred.
• Must be of legal drinking age.
