Bartender/Server

Hello Locals is looking weekday lunch and weekend bartenders. You will be responsible for greeting customers, mixing drink, taking food orders and running the register. We're seeking candidates who have prior experience of running a cash register and mixing drinks, as well as a familiarity with the types of alcohol and their uses. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate well with our customers and is keen to learn more about cocktails and mixology. Willing to train the right people.

Responsibilities:

• Know the menu and serve food/drinks to customers.
• Mix and prepare cocktails and other mixed drinks according to recipes or customers' orders.
• Perform physical work at various heights while standing and/or moving around to prepare drinks.
• Be able to recognize the saleable value of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Determine when stock needs to be restocked or removed, taking into consideration the age of the beverage, its appeal, and its likely consumption rate.
• Be knowledgeable about the licensing requirements of your state.
• Deliver food items to patrons in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per week
