Bartender/Server

We are looking for bartenders and servers!

We have THREE locations across Kalamazoo with lots of opportunities available.

Responsibilities for serving:

• Provide excellent customer services
• Make suggestions based on their preferences, push daily specials
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Responsibilities for bartending:

• Provide high quality service to customers
• Adhere to all local and national liquor laws
• Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
• Greet guests in a timely manner and take orders
• Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
