Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender with serving experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar inventory, and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Must be over the age of 18.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Toast POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy shifts.
• Uphold responsible serving practices by checking identification for age verification.
• Participate in catering events and banquets as required, demonstrating flexibility in various service settings.

Skills

• Proficient in retail math to manage cash handling and inventory effectively.
• Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Experience with catering services is a plus, enhancing the ability to manage large events smoothly.
• Familiarity with banquet operations to support special occasions seamlessly.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent sales skills to promote featured drinks or specials effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.98 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
