ABOUT THE POSITION (Please review requirements before applying)

At The Palm Bar & Grill™, our Bartenders/Servers are the face of the business. We are looking for experienced, dependable individuals who take pride in delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive experience for every guest. A friendly attitude and service with a smile are essential — creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers is a key part of the role. Pull tab experience is highly valued, as it is a core part of our operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Greet guests promptly and create a great first impression
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve drinks to standard
• Operate pull tabs in full compliance with gambling regulations
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Manage orders and payments through the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Assist with stocking and inventory as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Current MAST 12 Permit and Food Handler Card required
• Previous bartending/serving experience required
• Pull tab experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Availability for evenings and weekends
