Hiring - Bartender/Server

Trigo Wood Fired Pizza is an independently owned and operated harvest-to-hearth restaurant in the heart of downtown Willimantic with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients, craft cocktails, local beer and a curated wine list.

We are looking for friendly, energetic, experienced and team-oriented front of house candidates. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and collaboration a must. Knowledge and passion for food and beverage is a plus. This position will be cross-trained as a server and a bartender.

Recommended Experience:

3-5 years bartending experience required. Familiarity with craft cocktails, wine, and a rotating, seasonal menu preferred.

Currently looking to fill shifts on Tuesday and Saturday nights.

Must be able to work nights + weekends, no major holidays. Currently open for dinner Tuesday-Saturday, with lunch service on Friday/Saturday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
