If you have a passion for crafting great drinks, providing top-notch service, and working in a fun, energetic environment, we want you! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving food and drinks, and providing outstanding service to our guests in both casual dining and event settings. NOTE: This position does receive tips.

***Must be at least 21***

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Operate cash registers and TOAST POS system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Uphold the highest standards of food handling and service in accordance with restaurant policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. On-the-job training may be available for strong candidates.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage trends.
• Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain relevant food handling certifications as required by local regulations.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help colleagues are essential traits for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.69 per hour
