Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with banquet services or special events as required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus; proficiency in cash register operations is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for drink recipes and transactions.
• Experience in nightclub or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
