Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your expertise in the food and beverage industry will contribute to the overall success of our bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for cash handling tasks.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy shifts.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with customers.
• Knowledge of food industry standards and practices is beneficial.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
