Bartender/Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beer, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Serve food prepared in our Brew Pub and occasionally prepare food.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash and operate a cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
