Server/Bartender – OPEN CALL - 04/20/2026 from 3pm to 5pm

We are currently looking for a Server/Bartender to join our team at our UES location.

This is an open call, no appointment needed.

What we’re looking for:
Previous NYC restaurant experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Availability for evenings and weekends
Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
Ability to stay composed under pressure

Server Responsibilities include:
Providing attentive and knowledgeable table service
Taking accurate food and beverage orders
Maintaining a clean and organized section
Collaborating with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service
Upselling menu items and specials when appropriate
Handling payments and closing checks efficiently
Ensuring a high-quality guest experience throughout the meal

Bartender Responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintaining full knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
Ensuring bar cleanliness and organization at all times
Managing bar inventory and restocking as needed
Engaging with guests while maintaining speed and efficiency
Coordinating with servers and management for smooth service flow
Following all NYC health and safety regulations
