Bartender/Server

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry and possess knowledge of various drink recipes and bar procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a fine dining, banquet, or similar setting
- Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar systems
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in the food industry
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently
