Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist in catering events and banquets as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Clean and prepare bar and restaurant for daily service.
• Take orders and serv food to customers.

Experience

• Previous bartending/serving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of catering practices is a plus, especially in banquet settings.
