Bartender/Server

We are looking for candidates who can handle high volume, high stress & high heat!

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to process payments accurately.
• Engage with guests to promote sales of beverages and menu items while providing knowledgeable recommendations. Ability to upsell effectively is a huge plus!
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their experience and address any concerns promptly to uphold high service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Ability to perform retail math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately.
• Previous experience is ideal, but not a requirement!

Pay: $5.00 per hour
