Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Provide excellent hospitality by being warm and welcoming, responding promptly to customer needs, and resolving any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide guest recommendations and answer questions about food & beverages
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
• Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service, ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending and food service is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with Spot On POS systems or similar cash register systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly, warm, and helpful demeanor.
• Understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is a tipped position - hourly rate is $2.13 + tips.
