Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/ Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a dining environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly crafted beverages and attentive service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. As well as serve tables food.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations based on their preferences and ensure satisfaction with their drinks And food.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Utilize POS system for processing orders efficiently and accurately.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending/serving, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices to maintain compliance in the bar area.
• Sales skills that contribute to upselling menu items and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members alike.

Pay: $10.04 - $24.13 per hour
