**Job Title: Bartender**

**Location:** Fountain Hills, AZ (New Location)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time / Part-Time

**Salary:** Hourly $12.15 plus tips

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Bartenders to be the face of our restaurant and provide a memorable dining experience for our guests. Our ideal candidates are hardworking individuals who can multitask effectively, work well in a team, and are committed to delivering outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly smile and positive attitude.

• Be knowledgeable on all menu items and be able to help guests with placing orders based on their tastes, preferences, diets or allergies.

• Be knowledgeable on all current promotions, specials and offers, and be able to apply them in accordance to our policies.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to the tables.

• Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks correctly and efficiently.

• Maintaining a clean bar area.

• Managing bar inventory.

• Ensure compliance with alcohol law.

• 
  Monitor guest dining experience, checking in periodically to ensure satisfaction.

• Handle payments, including cash and credit transactions, accurately and efficiently.

• Keep tables clean and organized, promptly clearing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

• Light lifting to stock products or cleaning and maintenance of the dining room.

• Participate in team training, meetings, and events to enhance knowledge and skills.
  

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Food Handler’s Certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting.

• A positive attitude and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

• Must be at least 19 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States, we use E-Verify
