Bartender/Server

Nick’s Beachside Grille is a locally loved restaurant just steps from the ocean in York Beach. We’re known for our welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and a bar that stays busy all season long. As we head into our busiest time of year, we’re looking for a skilled, dependable, and friendly bartender to join our team.

If you know how to work a bar, stay calm under pressure, and keep guests coming back for more, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with accuracy and speed
• Deliver friendly and attentive service to guests
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow safe alcohol service practices
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to keep service smooth
• Help with opening, closing, and shift prep

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of bartending experience
• Must be 21+ with (or willing to obtain) a Maine alcohol service certification
• Good communication, multitasking, and time management skills
• Team player attitude—no drama
• Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
