Lakeside Lodge and Resort is looking to hire multiple Seasonal or Year-Round positions.

Located on Island Park Reservoir with panoramic waterfront views of the Centennial Mountains open year-round. Greater Yellowstone adventure begins here!

Lakeside is a Full-Service Resort offering Lodging, Recreational Rental Boats/UTV's/Paddle Boards & Kayaks in Summer + Snowmobiles in Winter, Restaurant & Bar, Live Music on Weekends, C-Store and more making it a one stop vacation destination!

Responsibilities

• Take and serve drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS, ensuring prompt and friendly service
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Provide attentive food service by delivering menu items efficiently and ensuring guest satisfaction in both fine dining and casual settings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with health standards
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing inquiries professionally, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not necessary
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude to deliver top-tier customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour
