Bartender/Server

***This position is a serving Postion with 1-3 Shifts per week behind the bar to fill in for days off for our bartender. The rest of the shifts will be on the Floor Serving*** So please understand if you're only wanting to bartend this position is not for you.

*** Must be available to work a combination of Day & night shifts as well as weekends to be considered for this position

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar area, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Take orders from customers and provide prompt service while ensuring accuracy in drink preparation.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently using a cash register or POS system.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure a safe drinking environment for all patrons.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service.
• Taking Food Orders and To Go orders

Skills

• Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Experience with POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
• Bartending Experience Required
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain health standards at the bar.
• Ability to help create a positive guest experience through excellent customer service skills.
