Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using POS systems such as Jonas POS with precision and efficiency
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests in both bar and dining areas
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling duties including cashiering responsibilities
• Restock supplies, garnishes, glassware, and condiments to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
• Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed, demonstrating versatility across different hospitality settings

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Jonas POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are required for success in this role
