Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly crafted beverages and outstanding hospitality.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.
• Assist in catering services for special events, including banquets and private parties.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
• Stay informed about current trends in cocktails, wines, and spirits to enhance guest experience.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and managing tabs.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail in drink presentation and service quality.

Pay: $3.00 - $6.00 per hour
