Bartender / Server – Private Club Experience

This is not a traditional bar or restaurant role. We operate as a curated, experience-driven space where service, flow, and attention to detail define the standard.

This position blends both bartending and service responsibilities, supporting intimate dining experiences as well as larger event-based nights.

Position Overview

The Bartender / Server is responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience across both beverage service and floor service. This role requires adaptability, awareness, and the ability to transition smoothly between environments.

All service and operational standards are structured and directed through management to ensure consistency across every experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

• Provide polished, attentive service in both bar and floor settings
• Maintain strong awareness of guest needs, timing, and service flow
• Adapt service style for intimate dinners (10–12 guests) and larger events (20–30+ guests)
• Support a calm, elevated atmosphere while remaining efficient and proactive

Beverage Service

• Execute cocktails, wine, and beverage service to established standards
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Assist with inventory awareness and restocking needs

Floor Service

• Assist with food service, clearing, resetting, and table maintenance
• Support transitions between courses and service styles
• Work closely with kitchen and service team to maintain timing and flow

Event Support

• Adjust role based on event needs (bar-focused vs. service-focused)
• Maintain consistency in service during higher-volume experiences
• Support setup and breakdown of events as needed

• Ability to move fluidly between roles without loss of service quality
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
• Professional, composed communication at all times
• Comfort working within a structured system and defined service standards

Position Details
