Now Hiring: Full-Time Bartender
Arnies in Edmonds is seeking a Full-Time Bartender with serving experience to join our Front of House team. This role is ideal for a seasoned bartender who thrives in a high-volume environment, delivers consistent, high-quality drinks, and knows how to create an engaging guest experience.
This position includes a mix of scheduled shifts, including a couple of doubles, and offers strong earning potential for the right candidate.
Sunday availability is required for both day and evening shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- Valid Washington State Liquor Permit (Required)
- Washington State Food Handlers Permit (Required)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Ability to execute cocktails quickly and consistently under pressure
- Proven upselling skills and confidence in guiding guest choices
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work Sunday day and night shifts consistently
- Inventory management and ordering experience is a plus

Bartender Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and speed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Create a welcoming, engaging experience for bar guests
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Execute proper pouring, measuring, and cash handling procedures
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Support service staff with timely ticket execution during peak hours
- Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and ongoing cleanliness
- Support inventory organization and communicate low stock or ordering needs

Pay: $17.13 per hour
